I own an ecommerce business. Their sales team came and sold us their courier service claiming themselves to be leader in e-commerce deliveries. Sales People - Anupam and Pawan. SInce then all they have done is made false commitments to us over and over again. They are understaffed, they lie, they don’t follow up, they over commit, they don’t even pick your calls - worst courier company in the world and they have the worst employees working for them. And they compare themselves to Blue Dart.
Never ever chose them. I can’t believe they have clients and are still surviving. Local vendors are better than them.
