Domestic Article held in Aramex Hebbal

My article had been shipped from kolkota 31 Oct 2014 and reached Hebbal by 1st Nov 2014 and today’s 4 November 2014 there has been no notification as to where the article is or gone so far not able to contact concerned at all.I would not suggest Aramex to anyone.
