I am expecting shipment which was booked at Delhi on 11 Jun as and overnight parcel to Pune. It took them 3 days to get it to Pune. Now it been lying there at their main office since the past 2 days on hold.
No calls, no feedback! Please avoid this company to ship anything. This is my 3rd experience with them.
Will try to stay clear in future. The customer care executives art totally clueless and the worst part is that day don’t give out the details of local contacts. You can also expect your emails to remain unanswered.
They deserve a negative rating.
