Total rip off

This company charges an arm and a leg in order to get your parcel! As well as paying the VAT, which is understandable, they then added on £15 as an admin fee which was 20% of the value of the goods! So all up it cost me £38 for items that are worth £90!


Use other services as there charges are lower and you will have much happier customers.
