Aramex is Lazy they dont deliver

It has been 11 days and my parcel has not been delivered. It is lying at my home place bhopal for past 1 week. Then are now showing status as "Door Locked", although I was at my home whole week. This company is fraud the never go out for delivery just manipulate status sitting at office. Lazy and useless service of ARAMEX. Never ship you product with this company.
