With my personal experience and pains I would like to share my worst experience with this FRAUD, FAILURE, UN-COMMITTED, WORST Courier company.
I have a shipment pending from more than 10 days now. I am calling these guys from last 3 days and these guys each day ’COMMITTED’ that it would be done by EOD each day.
I have been waiting since last 3 days and I did not received it and Neither I received any update or apology for the same. Over 10 days my courier is kept with these guys. They do not understand it could be critical at all.
These are really unprofessional guys who are not committed towards their work. Please avoid services from them!
