I was expecting the delivery of few parcels via aramex courier. When I didnt received my parcel and tried to track my order via aramex , to my surprise all of the parcel suppose to be delivered have been already marked as delivered .
Considering it as a mistake I tried to write customtakeouter care about my missing parcel , they just reverted back with an automated ticket which is still stated as in progress for the past 15 days without a single response from their end .I repeatedly keep on sending few reminder but none of them have been answered till date.
