I had ordered from Letsbuy.com and the product was shipped through Aramex Courier Service. This was the first time, I heard about this service and while checking about this courier I found many bad reviews about it online.
I contacted letsbuy and asked them to change the courier to other service provider. But to my surprise, I received the courier in Bangalore very next day after it was shipped from Mumbai. Before it was delivered the delivery person called me and asked about my location and it was delivered well before the time he mentioned.
The only negative comment about this service is they don’t respond to any queries submitted online. We need to call their customer service to know about any thing related to shipment. However their online tracking system provides all the required information.
