Thieves as Couriers

This is to bring to your notice of consistently irresponsible and unreliable service provided by your Cochin office. Presently my shipment (Tracking No.: 40120415930) is on hold at the office for the last 10 days. Inquiries receives no reply and today I was asked to collect it from the office. It must be noted that I had received two shipments prior to this on Aramex(Late delivery), I periodically receive shipment through reputed couriers with absolutely no issues.


They should really stop cheating customers of their money, time and peace of mind!!!
