My father has availed services of Aramex and dispatched a courier on 18/11/13 by way of air courier from Bhopal to Mumbai. I was in urgent need of the courier and have made multiple calls to the customer care center. Aramex customer care is not aware where my courier is. The shipping no. is 3756550593.
What is the point of using air courier and paying extra money when they can’t deliver on time. Some of the customer care member were arrogant and was trying to show that its not their responsibility.
Finally I wrote an email to Percy Avari and my issue got resolved very effectively.
So because in-spite of some delay because of the response of the management i’m satisfied.
