Terrible experience with Aramax courier

I had a terrible experience with Aramex courier. My order was shipped on 15 Nov from Bangalore and it was to be delivered in Bangalore itself. It has been 5 days and it is not yet delivered. On Nov 18 when I called their customer support, they said it will be delivered today. It was not. On Nov 19 when I called their customer support, they said it will be delivered today. It was not. The website was showing out for delivery but no delivery was attempted.


On Nov 20, I checked their website for updates. It showed delivery was attempted in the morning - no one at home and unable to contact. When actually, no attempt was made. I work from home, I’m always at home. No one even tried to call.


Very ordinary lies being told by a not so responsible courier company. I’ve still not received the order and it has not even been returned to the seller. This is how companies steal from customers - not just money, but also our time and a bit of happiness.
