I ordered some books from Bookadda.com. The books were sent through Aramex courier from Delhi to Bangalore. The consignment reached Bangalore office on 26th December. However, I have not received the consignment at my address even now (31st December 2012).
I have called the customer care numerous times over and over again. Every time, they say that they would be scheduling a priority delivery for me. However, that doesn’t seem to happen at all.
