I had placed an order with indiatimes shopping on 20 December. They used the aramex courier service for shipping. I was promised that the product will be delivered by 30 December. today is 31 december and THE PRODUCT HAS STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED FROM DELHI.
I need it urgently as I am going out of station on 3 january and i ll be back only after 4 months. in 10 days they couldnt ship from Delhi to haridwar which is just a 5 hour drive. my awb no. is 4699853351.
kindly look into this matter on priority.
