Non delivery of shipment

The shipment sent by rewardme.in to me (thru Aramex courier)has not been delivered to my address.But, I got SMS that it is already delivered.


When I contacted Aramex customer care, it seems they are not interested in customer care.What shall I do? It is evident that the courier boy has stolen the consignment.But, why Aramex is not responding to my complaint ? Avoid this courier for ever.
