Aramex must easily be the worst courier in the world. I ordered books from flipkart and they use Aramex apart from a few more courier services.
I have had several problems with Aramex. My book was put on hold in Hyderabad office for 2 days. After several attempts to talk to aramex folks, I finally managed to get hold of one - She told me that the parcel is on hold as they have heavy work load!!! and hence the delay.
I have escalated to flipkart and have also recommended them to drop Aramex from their list of couriers. I have found their Hyderabad staff to the rude and uncouth. Last time some Vice president from Mumbai of Aramex called to say things will improve. But all that’s BS.
I am planning to use every internet forum to spread the word that Aramex is the worst. Never ever use them.
