I was to receive a shipment at Guwahati (Assam) from Hyderabad (AP). The tracking record at Aramex showed me that the shipment is received at Guwahati on Tuesday, 1st January of 2013 at 9:30 AM. It was held at their office and delivered to me only on Stauraday, 5th January evening. That too after innumerable calls to their Customer Care (who are least polite among the breed). I have even made complaint to their manager Joseph D’souza, who initially was very cooperative and promised to make the delivery soon but has chosen to remain silent afterwards.
They do not have a contact number at Guwahati (and many other places in India).
So, never ever use this wretched Courier facility with rotten service, if you want to receive (or send) your valuable stuff to your near and dear ones. It just a pain in the ... You can make out, how frustrated I am from the language of this review!
