I had ordered a Samsung mobile in Samsung estore for cash on delivery on 28th Dec and I was informed by Samsung that the delivery has been sent via aramex courier on 29th Dec itself. But aramex tracking still gives the status as Invalid number / data not currently available. It has been four days since and the there is no tracking available.
I am very much concerned if my mobile will be delivered on time. As I have chosen cash on delivery option I will be sending the mobile back if the package has been tampered or delayed from the date of expected delivery date of 7th Jan.
Can someone from Aramex team give the status of the shipment at the earliest as this doesnt look good for the name of Aramex courier. Please consider customer service and update me.
