OK, so after reading all the negative comments below I was worried when I saw that my chocolate hamper will ever reach its destination or not! To my surprise it did! The address provided was not correct so it did take some time. I constantly checked status online.
They sent it out for delivery for three times each time without success due to some wrong address which the receiver was not able to resolve. But they kept trying and finally they did manage to get correct address and delivered it!
I really think you guys have reworked your service workflow after lot of negative comments. Keep up the good work and no one will go below 4 stars.!
