Worst and 3rd class service. Useless customer care

I don’t understand why these people have opened company after all. Customer service people have no sync at all with delivery guys. They just read out the status on the website which we also can very well do it. Then what is the point in having customer care at all?? You don’t get the delivery guy’s number/local courier office number. All these people say is "Ma’am, Shipment is out for delivery. You will receive it shortly. " At the end of the day, you read the status on website saying, "delivery attempt failed. Customer not available.


Shipment rescheduled for next business day." But the truth is, these people have never turned up to deliver. They just update the fake status. My courier is picked at bombay on 7th april with consignment no 4278854311. Today is 11th april. Still I’m helplessly waiting for courier. ARAMEX... Are you listening???


If you are ordering any item online, then before making the purchase, make sure with the seller that he is not sending the item by aramex. Else, you will get the worst torture of your life.
