I had a very bad experience with Aramex. They have only unqualified people with them and don’t have quality people to service. I have done multiple follow ups with Aramex on product delivery from the day it came to Chennai.
Whenever I call the customer care they are telling that product will deliver tomorrow. After 5 days, I saw the status that "Attempted Delivery - Customer Refused to Receive The Shipment" which is totally a false statement by Aramex. I haven’t got any call from any delivery guy on product delivery. They have only unqualified people with them and don’t have quality people to service.
