I received a prompt reply from you (Aramax) on 22nd Nov when I published this following review about Aramex for non receipt of my samples. In the reply you have mentioned that an inquiry will be ordered immediately. It is 4 days since I raised the query. But nothing has happened so far. Is this what you call immediately addressing to the concerns?


I am also attaching the tracking status of one of the above 4 AWBs. Pls have a look.

Hi,


I have ordered for some reward me samples. The shipper has send the products through Aramex courier and intimated me the AWB numbers. When I tracked in Aramex website with these AWB numbers, it shows that the samples received by Bangalore office on 16th Nov 2012 (i.e 7 days back). But to date I haven’t received the samples yet. Even if they were sent by ordinary post, I would have received them by now. I saw the reviews here and responses by Aramex. I am wondering if Aramex simply respond to the posts here or act and arrange to send the parcels promptly.
