Worst Experience

Worst courier service I had ever seen. They won’t even call mobile if they can’t able to identify the address. Just for name sake they will update parcel out for delivery.


Please close your business and go. Worst worst worst. I got fed up with the customer service also. All they know is the product is out for delivery nothing else.


Why the hell your executives are updating the status of the parcel without even calling the customers?


This is my AWB Number: 40194080780


If the address is incorrect or incomplete how the hell they can reschedule the delivery the next day without calling the customer?


Do your executive know magic and with the help of magic they will get the correct address the next day for delivery?


Will my parcel will be delivered or what? If they don’t have balance in their mobile ask them to give a missed call I will call them and guide them.


I heard after complaining here the parcel will be delivered if it’s true kindly do the needful.


But I guess you will just help to get the parcel after complaining here but you won’t take action against the executives who are responsible for these kinda incidents.


That’s why these kinda incident is happening daily.
