I got shipments from Aramex three times, sent by Flipkart, Tradus and eBay. All the times their service have been very poor. They claim that they cannot deliver items that are too big to be carried by one person on a two wheeler by hand. That’s pretty much anything bigger than an envelope.
They keep asking me to come to their office and collect the item. It seems that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds. I hope these online retailers stop sending items through such irresponsible operators.
