Worst service EVERRRRRR.

My shipment has been lying in the Pune office for eight days now. I’ve called the service desk like 7 times. These guys have no damn idea as to what’s going on and all they have to say is that it will be delivered today. No response from the Pune office. I had to call them to know that the address was incomplete which they had updated as ’Attempted Delivery - No One Home / Delivery Rescheduled for Next Business Day’.


The next business day hasn’t come for 8 days now in spite of a daily call to the service desk. Since its a Cash on Delivery, I’m looking forward to cancelling my order tomorrow. Thank you Aramex for this pathetic service. I truly hope I and no one else has to deal with you in the future.
