The worst experience regarding couriers faced ever before. I have been using courier services since 13yrs by now.From remote locations like Leh, when it was not well connected. The documents of utmost priority like my graduation certificate n school leaving certificate were sent to Mumbai and it reached safely and in the stipulated time frame of 5days.
And here, I had to send an investment document from Pune to Navi Mumbai, a distance of hardly 2hrs, I was told 12hrs.
And the worst part is it reaches after 54hrs!
I mean what is this?.Heights of unprofessionalism.
U guys are crazy.Y does any individual send something via courier?.Are u even slightest affected?. Nuisance.False assurance given.And then bluntly denied.As if do whatever u wish.Now it will reach when we wish!
I would request all of you to never go into hiring this service.Instead would rate DTDC or BlueDart more efficient and reliable.
