I have been interviewed by this company (Aranca Mumbai Pvt Ltd) twice in 6 mths (which is some how not a general trend in Industry, that too if a big organization like this doing. (Something fishy - couldn’t figure out before)
All they do is take big long interviews, talk to u well, drain out all your knowledge, then say OK TATA BYE BYE. Isn’t this sick?
As a candidate I felt, "Dude everything was going fine what happened all of a sudden?" Now I know why.
Felt sure after discussing this with another fellow candidate. (Candidate who belong to competitive company, becomes their target)
Beware candidates of what to say during interview. Rest on to you.
