Staff here respond slowly. They say that appointment is a compulsory thing for consultation but it seems of no use. We should wait for hours together and if it comes to scan, the whole day gets wasted in waiting for our turn. Everytime I come here for a scan, I happen to wait for 2-3 hours just for scan. Don’t know what they do inside. No proper seating arrangement for those who wait for scan.hav never seen such a slow work process anywhere.
Don’t know whether management is concerned about this or not. Money rules here. Consulting the doc is one main issue where we shud spend half a day in waiting and for scan, a whole day in waiting. I came here today at 8.30 am, gave blood for tests, then consulted the doc at 9.30 am, and since then waiting for scan.now the time is 12. They are saying it’s gonna take 30-40 more mins. And after this, I shud go and meet the doc again.
Such a waste maintenance where the staff work very very slowly.no token order followed. If the nurse knows you well, she will call you early for scan.
