Placed an order for a personalized cushion. They didn’t deliver it even on its expected date. Their customer support is weirdest. You can never reach them after u place an order.
U can not be helped in any way after placing the order. This is the poorest e-commerce portal I have ever seen. warning guys, don’t get traped into this and spoil ur lovely moments as I spoiled my valentine day.
It displayed on site that it would take 3 days to print it for metro city and o I placed order 6 days before I needed my gift. But I am not able to receive it on 6th day also and thus letting this year be my worst valentine day.
