Mac donalds lives up to its name somewhat. But its expensive.
But smokers joe is a big no-no. The last time I ordered from smokers joe, we had a chance to buy one get one from a newspaper cutting. I told them I had a coupon for a free one but when the two pizzas arrived, both looked raw and half cooked, and the chicken was smelling as if it was not cooked well. We had to throw both out as when we told them the problem, the did not give a good response. Secondly, their prices are raised as and when they feel like it.
Dominoes is not so bad, but very expensive for the common man. They should also start on 6 inch pizzas.
Pizza Hut has one price on the broucher and when you pay the taxes add up to a lot. They should cut down on price.
Fries and browns are a big laugh. The other day at Crossroads, I ordered one of them, and the pieces that came into my hand, I could count them on one and a half hand. Crazy, cause potatoes and onions dont cost too much in Mumbai, yet, for Rs.24/- a dish, and only 8 pieces in them, it cost too much.
Mumbai is full of the middle class, so with that in mind, all these chair restaurants should base their prices. After all they run their business because of middle class customers like me and my friends. Keeping our economic state in mind, they should cater to our tastebuds in a more reasonable way.
Lets hope in the future, they have us in mind, and not huge profits in their pockets.
