Now again this review is in wrong category, LOL!

Last night in my dreams, I was chatting with Chandragupt Maurya and Kautilya on various topics such as


Paataliputra, Magadh, Nalanda University, etc.  An important conversation in relation to the review I am mentioning down the lane.


CHANDRAGUPT MAURYA:- Due have festive celebration?


ME:- I had recently organised a food festival on   Mouthshut.com.


CHANDRAGUPT MAURYA:-  Did you have Indian Mouthfreshner’s


counter at the festival?


ME:- No


KAUTILYA(in scolding mood):- Don’t you know that Indian Mouthfreshner’s are digestion oriented?


ME:- I know.


KAUTILYA(by now his are temples hot):- Then why didn’t you keep a counter for it?


ME:- I am sorry.


KAUTILYA:- Do you want Indian’s die with disease’s?  I don’t want any Indian die with disease.


ME:- I assure you that I will write a review on Indian Mouthfreshner’s by the end of the day.


KAUTILYA( now smiling):-  That’s good


After that he gave me some tips on writing a review on Indian Mouthfreshner’s.


So now I am fulfilling the commitment and jotting down a review with the help of Kautilya.


I know that everyone who had participated in the food festival organized by me, some of them would have scored double century in blood pressure, some would have achieved distinction in cholesterol and others might have acidity.  I have a perfect solution for all of you.  I am going to give the Best Indian Mouthfreshner’s which would solve your digestion problems and many other problems.


You go anywhere in India, each and every region would have her own mouthfreshner’s.  It wouldn’t be possible for me to mention each and every mouthfreshner in this review, so, I would include only the Best Mouthfreshner’s.  Let me start with:-


1.  BANGLA PAAN


This is the strongest paan of all the paan’s available.  Ear’s would start giving music the moment you eat this paan; its really very strong.  I would like to mention an incident; my grandpa was suffering from respiration problems(not exactly an asthematic problem), so his grandpa and many other suggested him to eat Bangla Paan with a little of tobacco in it and so my grandpa starting having the bangla paan with little of tobacco in it( Mind-well, I am not recommending tobacco as regular intake, I am recommending it only on medical grounds).  The fruits he received is that in future he never suffered from respiration problem, he died at an age of 76(healthy), the only thing happened that due to continuous intake of the paan his teeths looked dirty but didn’t have any kind of gum problems, he had all 32 teeths(natural) till his death.


2.  BANAARASI PAAN


Banaarasi Paan is bit light compared to the bangla paan.  At first instance you wouldn’t like this paan but the taste of this paan would build gradually.  The famous syndrome -’KHAIKE PAAN BANAARASWALA, KHULL JAAYE BANDH AKAL KAA TALAA’ is too some extent correct, it really gives new vision.


3.  KOLKATI PAAN


This one is my favourite.  This is again a light paan then Banaarasi Paan.  Whenever, I have over-ate, I have this paan and while chewing this paan I take a walk, within 30 minutes my stomach feels relaxed.


4.  KAPOORI PAAN


This is the lightest of all the paan’s I have had.


There are many other paan’s available in the market but I have included only the best which I have felt.  All these paan’s has special type of juices which helps in digestion.  Even, if you have had very heavy diet all these would help you in digestion.  It is being said that all these paan’s have special types of jucies which helps your heart function properly and keep cholesterol and blood pressure far away from the heart.  Further, it is said that beetel-nut in paan is helpful in keeping cholesteroal far away.  You can have this paan as saadaa or as meetha.  Meetha paan would make the paan light.  The cost of all these paan’s ranges between Rs. 2.50 to Rs. 5.00.


5.  GULKHAND


Gulkhand is made out of roses.  By having 2 spoonful of gulkhand daily after your meal or at any point of time during day(twice in a day), it can keep acidity far away from you irrespective of the spicy food you had.  Avoid taking it at night because it might give you cough and cold.  If children’s aren’t ready to drink milk, every morning give them 2 spoonful of gulkhand and after that a glass full of hot milk they would find it’yummy’ and drinking milk daily would become their habit.  During my childhood I daily used to drink 3 glass full of milk but during my teens I didn’t like drinking milk, so, my mom made gulkhand at home and every morning she used to give me two spoonful of gulkhand and after that a glass full of hot milk, it really tastes’yummy’ and drinking milk became my regular habit and even today I drink milk.  Best GULKHAND is available in Varanasi or ask my mom.  Gulkhand per kg. can cost you maximum Rs. 200/-


6.  SAUF


This too is helpful in keeping acidity far away if had in natural form.  Artifical sauf isn’t good, just to keep your mouth fresh its okay but natural is much better.  Natural Sauf per kg. can cost you maximum Rs.  150/-.


Scented Sauf, Scented Beetel-nut, etc. and many other similar kind of mouth-freshner’s are available but I didn’t like including any of them in this review because they are mouth-freshner’s in literal sense.


Have a perfect diet by having any of the mouth-freshner’s mentioned above and have a life of 75-76 years.
