Aress software n education? thr is nothing related to software or education in this company. Education word is thr to get some realaxations in taxes n duties.Its a tech support BPO only. This company gives salary on 7th of every month but many times salary delays n goes on hold.
There is no job security. Poor management single HRM & no good work environment. shifts r of 9 hrs n one day off but onpaper . Off paper u have to work here for 12 hrs in 2 dyas of week n even at ur holiday company can call u n ask u to login as per so called’business reqrmnt.’ Even at breaks u can’t leave premises . so pathetic! so called’management’ is exploiting n gives insulting treatment.
For those who wanna do jobs in core IT thsi company makes u serve for tech support voice n non voice like troubleshooting process. I came to Nasik after serving 2 years in Pune but I found tht Nasik is da worst place even for BPO. Aress management(?) thinks itself superior than Bombay/Pune based MNC. All internal politics n exploitation is thr. Thtas y I left this org n nw happy in Wipro BPO Bombay.
I would never recommend this company to work even as a security or as a driver, because even they hav salary n other issues.
