It is one of the worst software company in India especially very worst in chennai . Their policy is to hire and fire. HRs are dummy peices, they are carrying tallers. They used to conduct HR Xpress, whatever you say which will be reached to your manager successfully without loss of any message, simply they will tell to your manager then your performance will not be met company goal and notice period will start from that month. Their policy is not to keep any experienced resources in bench. They keep freshers and girls in bench because they don’t get much salary. When there is no project your count down will start there. HR will make you cool that your profile is too good nobody have such profile and also they tell that we are not able to involve in this review, if you search outside you will get project easily like that. Whether you accept or not, your notice period will be initiated by your manager/HR. Sometime without notice period also they send people outside.
They give your work on Friday and tell you to complete within Monday 9 o clk or 10 clk which means you have to come on Saturday or Sunday. They force you to sit till 10 pm (regular), sometime 2 am or 4 am. Many the managers are there, they used to talk with girls with laugh which means they want and some of them used to do with many girls. When boys come to talk, they used to talk angrily and they show you that they are manager. Stupid hells they don’t which should be in action not in face. Many used to make noise over there and put over scene like they are entire project like that. But Many talented people used to keep silent and we know that they are talents and without them nothing is project. Many managers used to make noise and always give you disturbance. I used to work there by wearing headsets.
They are not professionals, they know only to laugh and produce noise and give you disturbance.
