I purchased a flat in Arihant Arham, Koproli in 2013. Many of the buildings were still under construction then. I was told by my cousins and froends that Arihant Superstructures Limited(ASL) is a builder whom we can trust blindly. But my experience is otherwise.
Like other builders, they have been and are fooling customers saying that it comes under Gram Panchayat and no OC is required. After some pestering, they gave us OC from Gram Panchayat. However in reality, Koproli is one of the villages which has fallen under the purview of CIDCO-NAINA since January 2013. We wrote to CIDCO-NAINA and got a letter from NAINA on 11th August 2015 wherein it is clearly mentioned that NAINA OC is required for the project and the GP OC is invalid. Our representatives met Mr. Ashok Chajjar, Chairman, ASL soon after receiving the letter from NAINA. He refused to even see the letter and abused the representatives. It has been over 3 years and still we are waiting for OC.
ASL had also stated in the brochure to provide us shuttle bus for the complex but we have lost hope. Similarly other amenities viz., box cricket area, etc are also not provided.
So do think 10 times before purchasing from Arihant.
