Anyways, its not a totally new job done by Yuvan, ’cos some of the songs resemble his old work, thats the reason I used that kinda title.
If I gotta rate the songs, I’d give #1 to Theepudikka - Its Different, for a Tamil song. He has suttu-fied the concept of mixing an old song (in this case a really really old song of Thiyagaraja Baghvadhar I guess) & hip-hop music. This is pretty popular in da west.
There r a couple of American Hip hop songs which suttu-fied our old Hindi songs and some Chinese songs and have mixed it with their music. so I wud excuse him, considering it as a revenge.
# 2 would be ’’En Kannodum Nenjodum’’ - sung by Yuvan himself. He has sprinkled some Arabic rhymes over it, who knows what they mean! but its a nice, hummable &a fast number to listen while driving. I kinda like his voice but not when he stresses it too much at high pitches, like he has done in this song...pisuru thattudhu da dei, konjam adakki vaasi.

# 3 -> Konjam Konjam - the LYRICS have been ADJUSTED greatly to fit into the TUNE of this song - I hated that part, enna dubbing song-a panreenga?
but I liked the TUNE & Maheeva’s voice (aana figure epdi irukkum-nu theriyila ?!?!)
so gets this the 3rd place
Yella Yella & Sil Sil Sil are very very normal songs which even I can compose while at the shower, so they r not being rated.
