I have been to this place a couple of times for dine in with friends and have parceled food for home a numerous amount of time. Recent visit 15/04/2017. Arsalan specially the branch at park circus one is the best till now in kolkata. I have been to other outlets but this outlet has its own authenticity. The biryani wheter chicken or mutton is the best in the town. The chicken and mutton is cooked so perfectly and is so tender that your taste buds will keep asking for more and more and more.
Food and presentation- First talking about the food it is just just just amazing i’ll rate it 4.5 out 5. I would deduct 0.5 because I found the oil in the matar paneer was a bit high. Yes we took one matar paneer ans one of my friend is vegetarian. Chicken biryani requires no description once you grab it it will just pamper your taste buds and you will keep having it until its finished. Kebabs are delicious. Chicken melts in the mouth like sandesh. Talking about presentation its pretty simple no extravagant like some 5 star restuarant. Simple and clean white plates for biryani and served with lots of love. For parceled food the quatity is the same as they serve. Big chicken pieces in biryani and the amount they serve is pretty much good enough to fill your tummy.
Ambience- lovely ambience. They have two stories. Upper one is AC and lower one is NON AC. If you are here for food you won’t care about AC and NON AC. Decor of the restuarant is pretty good.
Customer service- One of the best in town. Warm welcome. You get a table ASAP if you are not here on a rush day. On rush day you would have to line up just like you lined up in banks during demonetization?. No extra charges on festivals or soo. Taxes are 20.5% in total. Staff is friendly and good. Washrooms are well maintained. And if you parcel food they provide you with the strongest containers in the market.
Value for money- we were three people and our was merely 800/- INR so yeah pretty cheap. We had a lots of food. Definitely value for money and a must visit for every foodie.
