ARSALAN Restaurant has many branches in Kolkata and I am going to write about the Park Circus branch of Arsalan. I went there on my friend’s Birthday treat. This is probably the best place I have ever been to taste Biryani, their Biryani is toothsome. We ordered a Special Mutton Biryani which was around Rs. 255 but it was worth it.
The ingredients which they provide in it is 1 potato, 1 egg, 2 Mutton piece and a lovely aromatic Basmati rice. Well the food in Arsalan was absolutely great but the ambience is not good as it is very small on the upper floor and crowdy on the ground floor. I just want to visit it again and try other dishes with the unforgettable Biryani.
