Kolkata have a unique speciality to serve a big size of juicy flavoured potato & a boiled egg along with Biryani that you can’t get anywhere else. In kolkataArsalan is the best Mughlai food provider from a decade. But I am sorry to say guys Arsalan don’t provide authentic Calcutta biriyani. Because the biryani here don’t have the understated flavour and very mild sweetness of a proper Calcutta biriyani. It lacked fragrance and finesse.
I like to oder their Chicken Bharta, Chaap, Tandoori Chicken & Creamy Firni. I love the grainy texture of the masala on the chicken chaap.
If I talk about the place(Park Street) is little congested but the quality of food they provide, I can easily compromise, though other branches of Arsalan provides home delivery.
Overall good service & quality food provider.
