The hospital uses third-grade, cheap in-house generic medicines instead of standard brands, compromising patient safety and quality of care. Even more distressing, treatment for a post-operative patient was abruptly stopped just because of a delay in paymenta completely unethical and inhumane act for any medical institution.
Repeated requests for a detailed bill breakup have been ignored; not a single email has been sent despite multiple follow-ups. Moreover, there is no transparencypatients are not informed about diagnostic or therapeutic charges before or during treatment.
Overall, this hospital thrives on marketing and branding but fails miserably in patient care, transparency, and ethics. Definitely not the kind of place one would expect from an institution claiming Our Speciality is You.
