I had recently been to the Emergency ward of Artemis Hospital of under an emergency condition.which was an intolerable burning feeling in the stomach due to acidity. The Doctor and the support staff treated me very gently and professionally, but that was not in MY interest.which are realized later.
They gave me appropriate treatment to relieve me from the condition that I was in.along with some medication that was to be taken for a few days for full recovery. But following that medication.I was again in the same state the next night and had to again visit the Hospital for emergency care. When prompted for reason, they just informed me of some precautions to be taken.which they did not during the first visit.and did not change the medication. And you know what else, they said visit the OPD and get and Endoscopy done.just to make sure!
Well.I went back home and thereby discussed the issue with a Doctor in our family.who has more than 40 years experience.but unfortunately stays in Bangalore. He advised that the medicine that I was taking after meal was supposed to be taken 1 hour before meal. So when I changed the medication, I was relieved for good.
So I think it was a staged play by Artemis to make more money.
