I am writing this review even before I got the complete service as the experience till now itself has been really painful.
I got number from their site..and spoke to a lady - monica..regarding details of blinds.She promptly sent a person within couple of days to take measurement, show samples and give cost estimate..
Later, i paid 50% of the cost and confirmed the order. She said it wil take 10-12 days.I call up after this time and she says from.now on..Ram wil handle it.I call up Ram and he gives a date to come and fix. I call up.on.this date and he says he wil confirm about it in 15 min.Whole day.no call from him and no response when I call.Next day.same.This goes on for couple of days.Finally i call at a different number.He says there are too many requests to service.So he couldnt do it and gives different date.Again the story repeats.No phone and no response to my calls.When i call Monica, phone not reachable.Now I a m stuck with this unprofessional group.I am asking to cancel the order and provide refund.Have had enough.
