Please be aware of the artha health options fraud which they did to me.
I am a Artha Health options member for past 2 years. My card expiry date us 30-Apr-2010. I approached them on 28 for the appointment and they have give the date as 30-Apr-2010. One 30-Apr-2010 morning I called them for the appointment, they said I am not eligible for this.
When I contacted them on 28th they said fine but 30 about to go to artha they said I am not eligible until unless I renew it.
After 5 months they called my by saying I am previliged customer and asked to renew it and they promised all last year and this year vouchers are eligible. till then I am paying 1900 Rs every year even though I have not utilized most of them.
But once I see my credit card I found they have deducted 3990 rs for my account which never been notified. After seeing that statement I called them and informed I am not interested. But they say they cannot do anything and said they will dispatch the card to my address.
They forcibly making me to take this card by holding my money with them. Person contacted me: Laskman from Artha Health options.
Lessons Learned:
Never ever go for Artha health options.
Never give them an online approval for the credit card swipe. we will be shocked by the amount they deduct from your credit card.
The hospitals they selected incur lot of hidden charges hence no use of taking them.
Better alternative will be any mediclaim where you have caslist facility.
BE AWARE OF THIS FRIENDS. DON’T LOOSE MONEY LIKE ME.
