I took Artha membership for a year paying around 1.9k on a trail basis. I found their relationship with all listed medical facilities very poor. Many pharmacies/doctors refused to accept their card and the reason given was that they had difficulties getting reimbursement from Artha.The choice of doctors/medical facilities too is quite restricted. While the vouchers and promises are many, actual usage is quite limited.
Whenever I sought appointment for any doctor through Artha’s customer service, they had a challenge getting through to the concerned doctor. I had to settle for doctors who were not in my immediate vicinity which defeated the claim of easy access.
I got a lot of follow up calls on the eve of the renewal date with promises of new facilities and features but my experience showed that Artha sells hype not reality.
