I joined Artha in late 2011 and haven’t used their services much in that year. They did not make my holiday reservations even though I asked for it multiple times. They offered extension of my not-so-used policy provided I renew the package for one more year. I did so because we are planning for parenthood which would need multiple visits to our Gynecologist.
But later to our dis-appointment, our Gynecologist stopped accepting Artha patients and we had to pay ridiculous consultation fees. I checked with them multiple times and they were saying "we are negotiating with the hospital to resolve those issues", which never happened and it’s been more than 6 months.
For the past month or so, they stopped picking up the calls and the other mobile numbers are not-reachable/freezed. Do they even exist now? If no, where’s my money?
