I had got a call from their marketing office 2 days back with information about their healthcare package. The lady from the marketing office convinced me that it’s a great package that covers master health check-up and much more. I found their package interesting as per my conversation with the lady. So I accepted to meet their marketing agent in person.
The marketing agent explained me about some other package which was not even worth the price you pay. So we refused to take it.
Immediately after the marketing agent left my house, I got a call from a ’manager’ from the marketing office asking me why I did not buy the package. I told him that it was not what I was explained on the phone. Then he questioned me why I called them up at all. I said I never called them up. They had made a blind call to me instead to sell their product, despite my number being registered in do-not-call registry. The guy was insistent on talking and kept telling me to check if my number is really registered in do-not-call registry. I said that’s none of his business. Then he suddenly became abusive and started threatening me.
I could have seen the reviews of this company before agreeing to invite the marketing agent home.
I wonder how can such a company survive with such an attitude of its employees.
