This is a sincerest request to all to never fall into this trap to invest in Artha Health options. They offer extremely low quality products at extremely hyped up rates. The medical tie-ups they have is a total sham. I have had the misfortune to fall prey to their policies once before. PLEASE also be wary of using ur credit cards... they will never miss an opportunity to charge irresponsibly on ur card. I had taken their health options mainly for my aged parents, there are a lot of hidden conditions on how to avail them. You will never get any worthwhile treatment from it...
They offer only primary consultations and with which all the doctors make sure to give u any information on ailments only if u go for second consultation (self paid). The dental vouchers they offer are also a total sham. Beware of all the hidden terms and condition that u will be informed of only when u are desirous of making an appointment.
Please do not waste ur money with this organization its run by total idiots where even an escalation is not taken up to a manager. Its the same tele caller who talks to u no matter what... Zero accountability, zero ethics, zero business acumen, zero customer satisfaction.
