I thought that Artha Riviera was an aberration. I should have done my research before going ahead with them.
Their customer service is non-existent. I have booked a property in Artha Reviera and they have taken over 95% of the money. The property is no where near completion. It also may be worth noting that this project was launched in 2011. They also overcharge with some hidden charges that would be imposed only when taking possession.
The less talked about their customer service, the better it is. It is completely non-existent. You will not be allowed to talk to anyone other than the customer service executive, who never answers your calls. So whether you like it or not, the construction proceeds at its own pace, with its own options, deviations and quality. You will have no means to question anything let alone change. This is the worst real estate company period
