This is a sincerest advice to all to never to fall prey to Artha or book any holidays via them. I had booked my holiday 3 months prior to the date of travel. They informed me that all bookings were done and they also threw in some offers to make the deal sound exciting.
They make u pay for things immediately. I kept writing to them frequently to obtain any kind of holiday confirmation they kept insisting that I wouldnt need one and that I could go to the venue directly and on the D-day on reaching the venue (Sterling resort Darjeeling) the hotel staff insisted there was no booking made and on calling Artha’s number and talking to the salesman I realize the booking was never made to begin with.
The booking department informed me that they had informed the sales department that my booking wasnt made. Each department directing the blame on the next. They then told me that they could book my stay in the same hotel only if I decide to pay them extra immediately for it. Being in a fix and in an unknown place I had to shell out a lot of money to complete my holiday. This is a highly irresponsible bunch of nitwits. They are only out to con people. Please do not even solicit any calls from Artha holidays.

Please, never solicit any calls for any of Artha products. They are out to only cheat people. They have the worst customer service and dont get conned by their irresponsible sales team. They have no planning no direction and a totally useless and unreachable leadership. Never make the mistake to use ur CREDIT CARD for any payment.
Will be happy if this can prevent at least one person from getting conned.
