We have purchased a teak door priced at 58k for our house from Arya Bhangy. The company mentioned that the door has a guarantee of 25 yrs against any damage while purchasing.
Within a month of purchase the door has shown deep visible cracks. When reported, their representative had a look and no one from the company came back on our complaint.
When called the company several times the executives were ignorant and dint show any courtesy.
Aghast we decided to pursue this with consumer forum and took help from Akosha. Even with their involvement the company didn’t budge and are not accepting that the workmanship and the quality of the door is below standard and to refund us the money.
We have filed a case against Arya Bhangy in the consumer court and are pursuing it from past 3 months now. This company is a complete fraud whatever they promised while purchasing the door was not held for even a month, not sure how they are willing to do so for 25 yrs.
