Arya Packers & Movers is a big black spot on packing industry company activities are looked by bunch of crooks and non professionals.
When they come to you for new order you will find them polite and cooperative but after getting advance it will be difficult to track them. Prior to write I would like to mention that this review I am writing when I don’t know where is my luggage(almost 50 cartoon) which I had transported to Hyderabad on 1 st of June 2015. Today is 13th.
I did lot of research prior to finalising the packers and movers for my luggage transfer Gurgaon to Hyderabad. I called their representatives for quotation and they asked me to pay 30k( others were agreed on 23-25k) advance. I asked them that I will only pay 70% advance.finally after two days of repetitive discussions they agreed.
On the day of transportation their persons replied me that my luggage will reach by 7 or 8 one week maximum( 7 days are more than enough for 1800km.) I started calling them since 6 th June eve.and even before writing this review I called them bt his response is still the same" it will reach why are u calling again and again.day before yesterday he picked up my call once and replied" your luggage is reached 2 days back.I don’t think my luggage is safe and I believe they might have lost so I am going to lodge a complaint against Arya Packers and movers. My experience is worst with these crooks so be safe prior to select them as your transportation vendor.
