Insurance not taken after taking full money...

Guys,

I had a very bad experience with Arya Movers and Packers recently. This company is full of cheaters. I moved my household goods from Gurgaon to Bangalore. They charged me 50, 000 for the movement. I took the insurance(National Insurance) of 5 lakhs rupees for which they charged me 15, 000 rupees. There were some damages made to my stuff so I contacted the Insurance company and they informed that there your insurance is basic cover which will only covers accidental damage. I asked how much premium was paid to you by Arya movers? The agent told me that they have paid around 700-800 rupees. Never ever use this movers. I’ll will request all my facebook friends to stay away from this cheat company. I am going to take legal action against them soon.

Hello sir, let me tell get the details from you first about the agent you talked to you who said the premium paid is 900 rs only, as its not possible, secondly Insurance is not done by arya packers and movers, its done by the agent we hire for insurance, and the agent charges 3% of the total value declared, its not only Arya packers you can check with any packers and movers company, its 3% everywhere, and this money doesnt go to any of the packers and movers, it directly goes to agent who get the insurance done . so we have not cheated you anyhow, we have done our job, which was delivering your goods safely and ontime . aswell as you car, so we did .
